Code Sucks

This site although not very attractive has some great easy to understand code snippets and css layouts. This is a great place, if you are new to web design. LINK

Pixel 2 Life

Excellent site for tutorials, this is worth bookmarking as it comes in handy if you need to e.g. make an icon or need code tips. Great if you use Adobe Creative Suite, but many other programs are featured. LINK

Here you can find some great free web layouts and other information on resources, worth a look. LINK

Deviant Art

If you want to show/sell your work or want some inspiration this is the site for you. LINK

Smashing Magazine

This one is my favourite, if you want icons, tutorials, anything to do with web or graphic design this is the place. LINK
